The Quality Citrus Consulting International can evaluate citrus orchards for sale, purchase or for rent. Evaluations are made by experts in the industry based on surveys made in the field. Besides the survey of orchards (which serves as a basis to evaluate fitossanitary conditions, nutrition, production, longevity, etc.) also offers a cash flow considering the different variables that intervene in the investment. From the flow are shown the indicators of economic viability, such as Net Present Value (NPV), Period of Return on Investment (PRC) and the Investment Rate of Return (IRR) and a sensitivity analysis on the NPV.
